Booking and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge until 12:00 noon on the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations made after 12:00 noon on the arrival date will be charged the full rate for the first night.
No-Show
If the guest does not arrive and has not cancelled within the allowed period, the first night will be charged in full.
Refunds
Once a cancellation charge applies, the amount is non-refundable.
Any approved refund may take additional time to appear depending on the bank or payment provider.
Booking Changes
Changes to arrival date, departure date, or apartment type are subject to availability and may result in a different rate.
Guests are encouraged to contact Soho Residence as early as possible if their plans change.
House Rules
To keep Soho Residence comfortable for all residents, guests are asked to follow these rules.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
Pets are not allowed.
Visitors are not permitted inside guest apartments. Guests may meet visitors in the lobby or designated common areas.
Children under 6 years old may stay in a studio with the accompanying guest, subject to the permitted occupancy. Children aged 6 years and above require separate sleeping accommodation based on the selected apartment type.
A refundable KD 50 security deposit is required. The deposit will be returned at check-out provided there is no damage, loss, or outstanding amount.
Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of the apartment and its contents. Charges may apply for damage or missing items.
Guests should respect other residents and avoid excessive noise or disruptive behaviour.
The swimming pool, fitness center, lobby, and other common areas should be used responsibly and according to any posted safety or operating rules.
